We decided to try out the concept of ordering the chef to one of our cabins. Result? Cozy and delicious!
The menu was planned together with Kjøkkensjefen beforehand, and they had a wide range of different alternatives which were adjusted according to our wish. We decided to have a fresh starter with fish, a main dish of very tasty reindeer meat and a classic créme brûlée for dessert.
The food was so delicious that we forgot to take pictures before the plates were empty! Here is however a picture of the little birthday surprise that we managed to take a picture of before it ended up in the belly.
Kjøkkensjefen had also prepared a breakfast and lunch which we enjoyed the day after. Here is an example of what their premade lunch could look like (together with fresh homemade foccacia).
