Theres still a lots of herring in the fjord, so the fishing for cod, coalfish and Mackerel is still good in here. But its not just only to go out and get them , since they are just in the biting mode in short periods during the day.
Not many guests have been targeting halibut this week, but the few hwo have gived it a try have been in contact with a few massive ones on the peaks outside Håja. And we are going towards one of the best periods during the season now , when it comes to the halibutfishing. The second half of august and september use to be primetime for these beasts. So good times out on the sweet spots is coming!
