{"id":5314,"date":"2016-08-18T18:44:51","date_gmt":"2016-08-18T16:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lauklines.no\/en\/?p=5314"},"modified":"2016-09-26T14:39:54","modified_gmt":"2016-09-26T12:39:54","slug":"an-attempt-bird-photography","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lauklines.no\/en\/2016\/08\/an-attempt-bird-photography\/","title":{"rendered":"An attempt at bird photography"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As you can imagine, Lauklines is a fantastic place for bird lovers.<\/p>\n<p>To make an attempt to prove it, we connected a camera to our new telescope and wanted to take some\u00a0photos.<\/p>\n<p>After a few shots, we soon realised that, even more than usual, precision was everything.<\/p>\n<p>A single wrong move could modify all the camera settings and using a timer was\u00a0therefore very\u00a0important.<\/p>\n<p>We also figured out quite quickly that the focus of the camera was mainly on the centre of the photos.\u00a0The corners and the borders were more blurred.<\/p>\n<p>Taking pictures with a telescope was\u00a0nothing but simple and more practice will be\u00a0required.<\/p>\n<p>However, we still had fun spending time observing and photographing local birds, which is after all the most important.
