Tenants\u2019 responsibility
\n<\/strong>The tenant\/renter must be over 20 years old; this is also regarding the responsible person in the cabin.<\/p>\n

Arrival and departure
\n<\/strong>Check-in after 15.00. Arrivals later than 10.00 p.m. (22.00) must be agreed with us in advance. Departure latest at 10.00 a.m.<\/p>\n

Cost of rental\/Extra service
\n<\/strong>Our prices are stated in NOK (Norwegian crowns) and cover the rent of the holiday house including bedclothes, towels, end cleaning, freezer, electricity, heating, warm and cold water.<\/p>\n

Price adjustments
\n<\/strong>If changes should be made in the existing tax and duty conditions, we reserve the right to revise our prices within the framework of the additional costs.<\/p>\n

Number of guests<\/strong>
\nThe cabins are equipped and designed for max 6 persons. Only allowed with the number of persons agreed by booking.<\/p>\n

Payment and cancellation<\/strong>
\nPayment according to our booking terms and conditions or latest at arrival. See our booking terms and conditions<\/a> for cancellations.<\/p>\n

Smoking or Pets are not allowed<\/strong>.
\nYou must cover all expenses with extra cleaning if this is not held.<\/p>\n

Barbecue\u00a0 <\/strong>
\nOnly allowed on marked spaces. Not in the cabin or on the jetty in front.<\/p>\n

Tidy up before departure<\/strong>
\nThe cabin must be tidy up before departure. This means that you remove all garbage and do the dishes. If this is not done you will be charged an extra fee.<\/p>\n

Other conditions<\/strong>
\nIf anything is broken in the cabin you will be responsible and charged for this. Noise in the cabin that is bothering other guests will be given a warning. If the warning is not being followed, we will have the right to send you away without refund.<\/p>\n

Complains<\/strong>
\nIf you find anything wrong or missing in the cabin, please tell us as soon as possible so we can replace\/fix it while you’re still here.
