As you can imagine, Lauklines is a fantastic place for bird lovers.

To make an attempt to prove it, we connected a camera to our new telescope and wanted to take some photos.

After a few shots, we soon realised that, even more than usual, precision was everything.

A single wrong move could modify all the camera settings and using a timer was therefore very important.

We also figured out quite quickly that the focus of the camera was mainly on the centre of the photos. The corners and the borders were more blurred.

Taking pictures with a telescope was nothing but simple and more practice will be required.

However, we still had fun spending time observing and photographing local birds, which is after all the most important. Welcome to try!
