Tenants responsibility
The tenant/renter must be over 20 years old, this is also regarding the responsible person in the cabin.
Arrival and departure
Check-in after 15.00. Arrivals later than 10.00 p.m. (22.00) must be agreed with us in advance. Departure latest at 10.00 a.m
Cost of rental/Extra service
Our prices are stated in NOK (Norwegian crowns) and cover the rent of the holiday house including bed-clothes, towels, end cleaning, freezer, electricity, heating, warm and cold water.
Price adjustments
If changes should be made in the existing tax and duty conditions, we reserve the right to revise our prices within the framework of the additional costs.
Number of guests
The cabins are equipped and designed for max 6 persons. Only allowed with the number of persons agreed by booking.
Payment and cancellation
Payment according to our booking terms and conditions or latest at arrival. See our bookingterms and conditions for cancellations.
Smoking or Pets are not allowed.
You must cover all expenses with extra cleaning if this is not held.
Barbecue
Only allowed on marked spaces. Not in the cabin or on the jetty in front.
Tidy up before departure
The cabin must be tidy up before departure. This means that you remove all garbage and do the dishes. If this is not done you will be charged an extra fee.
Other conditions
If anything is broken in the cabin you will be responsible and charged for this. Noise in the cabin that is bothering other guests will be given a warning. If the warning is not being followed, we will have the right to send you away without refund.
Complains
If you find anything wrong or missing in the cabin, please tell us as soon as possible so we can replace/fix it while you’re still here.
